The house features three bedrooms: two with double beds, and one with two double beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area for two more guests, accommodating up to 10 people comfortably. The home has a large living room with seating and flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area ideal for shared meals. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet. Additional amenities include a sauna, free WiFi, washing machine and dryer, and private parking. Large windows and a terrace offer natural light and scenic mountain and town views, while the garden and barbecue area provide perfect outdoor relaxation. The house is in a fantastic location, perfectly central for hiking (e.g. Karlsbader Hütte), cycling along the Drau, swimming at Tristacher See, or driving the Hochalpenstraße. We stayed with 5 adults and had plenty of space.
Jacco and Karin are wonderful, welcoming hosts who make sure everything is taken care of.

A fantastic place with wonderful hosts! The house is clean, modern, and fully equipped. The large terrace with beautiful mountain views is perfect after a day of hiking.
Great location near hiking routes and bike rentals. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Super friendly and dedicated hosts who really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome! Everything you could possibly wish for is truly available, and the apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The location is perfect, and the view over Lienz is absolutely stunning!

Pets Welcome
We are true animal lovers, so dogs and other pets are more than welcome in our holiday home.
Your four-legged friend will feel right at home here! The spacious terrace is fully fenced, allowing your dog to move around safely while enjoying plenty of space to relax and play.
We also have four friendly house dogs – a German Boxer and three Lagotto Romagnolos. They are well socialised and used to meeting guest dogs, and so far they have always gotten along wonderfully.
This ensures a relaxed and enjoyable stay for both two- and four-legged guests.
